Customs fee when shipping internationally is sky high, no warning about it anywhere on website

I ordered the High School Musical Full PR Collection and they immediately cancelled it.

I will never order from color pop again! I received some new eye shadows and had a terrible allergic reaction. My eyes “blew up” and they peeled. They were so itchy and red and peeling Very unsympathetic company. I wanted to return. Instead I had to dumpy in the garbage! Never again🤬Cheryl Roschnotti

I never received my order, and when I sent an email about it was never responded to. I kept getting your auto-response; I filed a claim but never heard anything. Never received a refund. it was very much ignored. That will be my last purchase.

Unfortunately all these lipsticks I bought caused a bad allergic reaction. My lips became cracked the I had open cuts that took weeks to heal. Will not recommend at all.

Half of the items I ordered worked for me and colourpop doesn’t except returns. I wasted around $70 😓 this is pretty consistent with all of my orders.

I placed the order on 6th September .I still did not receive the order and nobody helped to sort it too.The team suggested contacting the shipping company and the shipping company asked to contact the shipper .I still have no update on my order

The package was broken 🥲
