I purchased 7 of the 9-shadow palette during their sale.. Love all the packaging and color of the shades - very pigmented and shows well on a person of color. Only a few of the shades shifted out of their mold in the palette; I'm assuming due to delivery. Ease fix solution, use a paper or film to press the powder back in place.

My pallet came broke and I make a claim and they send me a new one. Good customer service definitely will keep purchasing.

The colors are nice neutrals and you can choose sparkly or non-sparkly options to create your day or evening look.

Love the colors. The gel moisturizer, matcha face milk, and rosehip oil leave my face feeling super soft.

Love the shadows! So much pigment not a whole lot of fall out. So affordable doesn't irritate eyes like some cheaper products. High quality, will be buying more products from color pop!

The products are gorgeous & formulas are very nice to work with. One shadow arrived crushed, and Customer Service immediately sent a replacement without any argument or hassle, which means as much as any formula or color. I will absolutely be buying again.
