The pallet I got had five beautiful colors. They’re all nicely tinted. However when the product arrived the darkest shade of pink was already half crumbled/destroyed, which was mildy disappointing. What’s worse is that the next morning after using it for the first time my favorite shade fell on the floor when I opened the pallet as if it were not lodged correctly in the pallet.

Pigment pay off good! Applicators of lip gloss and the other lip stuff not that good.

Some of the items arrived damaged.

The packaging was cute, the palettes were good and the color was well pigmented however the packaging was flimsy and several eyeshadows were already falling out and/or crumbling after taking it out of the packaging which is very disappointing. Shipping also took so long that I wasn't sure that my order was ever going to arrive.

I was really excited to get my Colourpop products. I really like the stick foundation and eyeshadow I received, but the super shock shadow came broken into a million pieces inside the container. This was a product I'd heard a lot of good things about and I was disappointed with it being delivered in this state.

A lot of my colors on my palette were crumbled and broken. Pretty disappointed

This was the first time that I order in the site and it was kinda disappointing. Once the product arrived, it wasn't properly packed and the palette was broken. I chose to keep it because it was just 2 of them, but this has never happened to me with other places where I buy makeup and I think they need to be more careful with that. Maybe in the future I will purchase something again, I mean, the palette was beautiful and the pigmentation is very nice, but I'd like if they could be more careful with the packaging.

The palettes are a bit pigmented, however my palette came scratched and dirty on the outside. I also order a white gel liner and it wasn't very goo, might try the liquid instead :/
