The makeup products I received were good, but the skincare package I ordered was supposed to include a roller and a facemilk and the facemilk was missing from the package. I contacted customer service right away and it took them almost 10 days to respond, which is entirely unacceptable. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because they did eventually give me my money back for the product. Customer service is everything I look for in a company. I won't be purchasing from colourpop again.

The website was easy to use and found what I was looking for however confirmation emails came in late and my parcel has delayed for a month now.

Colourpop needs to expand their shade ranges You need to make your eyeshadow palettes, bronzers and highlighters more inclusive! I love your makeup but I simply cannot buy from you until you become more inclusive.

Takes me long time to wait the package

1. Costumer service is just horrendous.. you’re lucky if they reply to you. Whether that’s via email or on social media. 2. The good products are almost always out of stock. And whenever they restock they’re gone within minutes. And they’re never clear about the restock dates.. and what products they are planning to restock from certain collections. 3. Shipping is really really really slow... 4. The quality of the products is pretty nice overall. But still.. you get what you pay for so don’t expect too much. 5. Most products are very fragile, so don’t be surprised if some of them break during the shipping process
