ColourpopReviews of colourpop.com

I loved everything Except “the child” mandolorian palate did come with a broken/ fallen out of the pan eyeshadow, and of course it was the one color i was looking forward to using. All of the other lippies and cream shadows that were ordered i can not complain about they exceeded my expectations. This is the only reason im giving a 2 star rating because IF it was a shipping and handling issue there would have been multiple eyeshadows in the same palate that came out/ broke or any of the other products I purchased but it was clearly a manufacturing/quality error. This is my first eyeshadow palate purchase from colourpop, and i really wish i had a better experience with there eyeshadow palate.

Pigments are good for the prices but honestly next time I’d rather invest a bit more money in another brand to get better pigments. Glitters look great but if you put them on your eyelids they will become a mess. I’ve purchased other brands cheaper with better products. I’m not sure I’m buying colourpop again

My order said it was delivered at the front desk of my apartments, but when I checked with them it was not. So I never got my package, and I emailed about it 3 different times, and it wasn’t until I messaged on Instagram that I actually got a response. They sent me a new package, and I still haven’t received it so I have nothing to say about the product. This was my first time ordering from Colourpop, I’m not sure if I will again. It depends on if I get THIS package and if I like the makeup.

The pallet was cute, but it came broken and I can’t return it to get a fixed one. I get that it’s cheap to make but still should have a return ability if it is broken

I have emailed your company multiple times and I have not received any responses. Plus the package is nowhere to be found

One of my products arrived broken and after contacting colourpop I still haven’t heard back.

Every time they launch a new line it sells out in 2 minutes. The fact that they never have enough product for the demand is ridiculous. Not only that they sometimes release minutes before so if you actually waiting patiently others check out before you even realize the site is active.

Even though the products are great, the web page is easy to navigate and is really easy to buy, the shipping time takes too long. It's been more than a month since my purchase and products are not near to arrive these weeks. Very disappointing.
