I never have a good experience with Colourpop. They either get my order wrong, or they cancel the entire order. Will never order from them again. The fast fashion of the makeup world.

I’ve ordered around 50$ from the Netherlands weeks ago and had to pay an insane amount of shipping and it never arrived. I also have no tracking code or whatever to actually know what’s going on.

Worst customer service ever my foundation was the wrong color and the don’t do any exchange or returns So now I spent my money and I don’t have a foundation. Don’t spend your money in bad companies like this one..

I received a wrong item in my first order and was given a gift card for the price of the item yet I had to pay shipping which was the same price as the item. Kind of stupid. Should have just been sent a new one for your guys’ mistake. It wasn’t my fault.

The brushes are of poor quality and I emailed the company to ask about a return and they never responded to me. I wrote back again and they still wrote nothing.
