Not helpful at all when my order is missing

Received a lip stain that was leaking upon arrival. Customer service was quick to apologize and send me a new one, but that arrived leaking, as well. I will not be ordering from the company site anymore as the product does not appear to hold up well through shipping.

Pésimo servicio de envío. Prácticamente sin rastreo. Los productos que contenia? Extrañé máscara de pestañas, y colores que no a todos los tonos de piel viene bien. Labiales solo de un tono. Lo único que salvó un poco la compra, fueron las paletas de sombras. Definitivamente, lo pensaría muy bien antes de volver a comprar a ciegas aquí.

I just received the mistery box and im not that really happy with the acquisition!I already have the same palettes and the colour of the blush and lipsticks are very ugly!Im a little bit dissapointed about the products and about the brand,too!I was expected more from them!🙁

Products are great for the most part but often arrive broken. Many of the eyeshadow palettes I've purchased have arrived damaged. Also, every single discount code I've ever been given for making such large purchases or leaving reviews has been useless to me for when I go to apply them, every single time without fail, I get an error code. Granted it's only a $5 coupon but when I spend a hundred plus dollars in most orders, I think I'm entitled to a slight discount. Customer service is also lacking for whenever I have a question or an issue, I very rarely get a response, And if I do it's never in a timely manner.

I have enjoyed various products from this company for several years. My last order of No Filter Concealer lost the applicator off of the stem, ( 2 different tubes). My last order of Ultra Matte Lip seems to almost spew out of the tube. Really disappointed.

The coloured mascara gave me an rye infection. Clearly they were expired. The liquid liner bleeds everywhere.

I only received one of my lipsticks and I ordered 2 of them.
