I had to request PayPal to refund me as I never received my purchase

I'm still owed 7 items that were never shipped, and I haven't received a response from the team. This is theft and fraud. They refuse to refund me for the missing items and they also refuse to send them. I made my purchase in Black Friday 2024, it's February 2025 and still no resolution. Colourpop is a SCAM

After reaching out to you guys for not sending me it’s a princess thing palette and for the winx club eyeshadow rising tide is promoted as a dual chrome eyeshadow and it came a dark blue and not what pictures showed. after Telling me you would send me the eyeshadow palette I didn’t receive and a new winx I’m laughing over the fact that I still didn’t get the it’s a princess thing and the winx eyeshadow rising tide is still a dark blue. If you are going to change the formula u should also update the photos. Super upset with this service

It's almost month and half and i didnt recieve my purchase
