The products recieved were a lot smaller than expected

I absolutely LOVEEEEE all colourpop products i have tried so far, they are wonderful quality and I am now forming a collection. Only complaint I have is that in receiving the 'its my pleasure' palate in my last order, the packaging (like on the actual plastic part of the item not the box) it was damaged and the words were half there. As I said I'm kind of collecting so that was disappointing. But all in all I will probably never stop purchasing from Colourpop.

The pallet was beautiful. One of the single shadows was broken upon delivery. The blushes are beautiful. I wish there was a lighter color in the pallet for the inner corner of the eye and brow bone. Otherwise, nice set.

Yhe colors are pretty but most of it ended up on my face way to much fall-out.

Colors are beautiful but 2 were broken in pieces when I opened the package. Got all over the place.

Products are great but delivery is too slow and too expensive.

I liked the shadows, but unfortunately they broke in transit. Also neglect on the part of the support team, which is why the relationship with this company caused a lot of disappointment.

My order arrived quickly, however I was sent something completely different to what I had ordered. Customer service took a very long time to reach back out to me and when they did reach out, they sent messages asking for proof of what I got vs. what I received and when I did, they asked for it again 2 more times. I did eventually receive the correct package and all the products where great!
