My first order was messed up. They sent me the wrong pallet and a damaged pallet. I got ahold of customer service and i was told that they couldnt replace the pallets but offered a coupon code instead. I got reading the stipulations for the coupon code that said that it could not be used on sale items. It didnt impress me that they thought they could tell me how to spend my money!! Sorry colourpop, you aint all that!!!

Really poor customer service. I sent 3 emails on your "contact us" official site and have NO REPLY for a month. My order was placed on Jan and I still don't receive it. You. have a good product but the worse possible service and support.

I’ve always ordered eye shadows from other companies. But my first time ordering from this company and I get a broken eye shadow. That was broken off from the bottom. With that said I won’t be ordering anymore products.

Colors are beautiful! Thats not the issue. Shipping was a little slow but understand able. The issue with the pallet i had bought when i opened it 4 of the shadows had fallen out of the pan and were stuck to the plastic protector. It wasnt just the pan and shadow so it would have been an easy fix. It was just the shadow alone.

I received the wrong pallet in my order and have sent SEVERAL emails to customer service trying to obtain the item I ordered with zero response. I’ve contacted colourpop over Facebook messenger as well and was given the standard automated type response. It’s been around 6 weeks now. Ridiculous.
