My order never went through even though I got an order confirmation payment was taken out of my bank account the day I placed the order and then a few weeks later when I followed up to see where my order was at I was then notified that it didn’t in fact go through

Horrible costumer service. Took 4 weeks to reply back. No 800 number, all via email. Then the service rep proceeded to tell me that if I kept on checking, I would go to the bottom of the queue, when you are paying over $100 for gift that does not arrive on time, sorry, but my expectations are a lot higher. Surprise Disney would collab with a company that has such bad customer service standards.

The shipping is awful, it took over 1.5moth, and still has not yet arrived, terrible, 0 star

Colourpop cancelled my order without notifying me.

After waiting 1month, my order got cancelled with no explanation. Been waiting and checking status even wrote in and was told its on its way. Then i check after 28 days on account says cancelled and no email tellung me. All the waiting for nothing.

Worst service ever. Package never arrived and you were of no help at all when I contacted you.

I haven’t even received the package yet and it’s already been over a month!! I tried emailing customer service and they just said it couldn’t be tracked

I ordered two pairs of Give Him Fur cat-ear hair clips (for Halloween) on September 22, 2022. I received the product in a timely manner. Shortly after, I received from Colourpop an email offering a $5 coupon in exchange for a product review. No other conditions were noted. I wrote the review (essentially saying the product was cute but overpriced). Shortly after, I tried to use the coupon. Upon checkout I learned the coupon was usable only if I made a new purchase of at least $20 and redeemed the coupon within 2 weeks. I would not have invested time in writing the review if I had known these conditions were attached. I have never received a coupon offer that did NOT disclose conditions up front. I messaged Customer Service repeatedly because I felt this was a bait-and-switch to get reviews, and every time I received a response saying certain exclusions always applied to Colourpop coupons. I repeated that the issue was not product exclusions but coupon restrictions, to no avail. I felt very strongly that I was receiving canned responses from an automated system or possibly a person who only provided set responses. Finally, I asked to be contacted by a supervisor and received no response. In frustration, I unsubscribed from the mailing list. I have no intention of purchasing from this company again.
