The colors are not as vibrant as I am use to from color pop. They seem to fade fast by the end of the day it's as if you had never put anything on at all.

There were many empty pencils with no color in them.

The products are fantastic and the prices too but the custom duties are really really high.

Loved the products but worst customer service. One of my products arrived broken and they never answered back my request of a replacement or refund for that product.

I recieved my order today (April 13th) after two months of waiting, wich didn´t bother me bc of the covid-19 situation, my order was #18390505 everything but one of the eyeshadow palettes was fine. The Going coconouts palette had a little bit shiny dust on the package (the box), three of the shadows were loose :( two fell off completely. everything else is fine and cute, thanks!

The items I received were absolutely amazing but I wasn't able to track my package till the day before and it took almost a month to receive my package

A lot of fall out

Great products but a LOT out of stock. Wish the company was able to keep up with demand, especially when I am placing a large order or needing to wait awhile for the products to be shipped to me.
