it's been a month and my parcel hasn't arrived yet. How can it be so slow?

Always shortship in my previous shipment~ it is really disappointed

Product quality is great I really enjoying using the makeup and the affordable prices. The customer service is terrible. Recived the wrong item in the correct package. The item was miles away from my skin tone which is useless in a concealer. Was offered a coupon, no refund or offer to send the correct item. Won't be ordering again especially since it can be pricey when not living in the US.

Only two stars since one of my palettes had a manufacturing defect where one shade has some sorta black mark over it and when I asked for a exchange I was very conveniently told that it’s not a big deal and the palette can be used since it’s not broken. So manufacturing defect is not their responsibility to deal with or what? It was my first ever order from colourpop and I am highly disappointed. I highly doubt placing another order with colourpop now.

The shipping took forever. The shipping fees and customs are ridicolous. The quality of the products are poor. I was hoping to finally find a cheap brand with good quality, but the fallout is bad, the pigments lasts for a short time, and I have to use alot of products to get the result I want. I was So hyped over my order untill it finally came. And, you are always out of stock.

The products themselves are great and I am overall happy with my purchase. Customer service, on the other hand... You guys really aren't good at keeping customers from what I've seen. It makes me sad the amount of people trying to reach out and get flat out ignored. Transparency and communication is so important - the bar is so low, and Colourpop is barely making it.

The items I received are great, but there were a few items missing from my purchase and I've contacted customer service multiple times now in the last month and a half since I received the order and haven't heard anything, I haven't received a refund or received the items that were missing. I can't even reorder the missing items which were a gift for my sister because the collection is no longer available on the website. Super disappointed with the lack of response.
