I purchased a hocus pocus 2 lip set
I purchased a hocus pocus 2 lip set, due to the fact I would be getting the hocus pocus pallet for free with my purchase. However I never received the hocus pocus pallet.

Company has poor ethics
Company has poor ethics and lacks honesty to it's consumers. My Spooky Mystery order had only 1 item that would have been considered spooky while the rest was just left overs that they are trying to get rid of. None of which matches my skin tone and/or likeness. Refused to refund me and only gave a $6 store credit when the box was $50.

disappointed
I have not received my request until today, and has already arrived in Brazil on October 1st. Terrible service by the carrier. One month is a long time for an order to arrive if the order is already in the destination country
