Honestly both of my eye shadow palettes came with broken eye shadows and I had to fix them, it was a bit disappointing..

Relatively low quality products, might as well pay up - I got a concealer and some lip glosses. None really work; I especially hate the concealer since it absolutely does not work....

The quality of the product is 5 stars, but customer service is a 0. I've ordered twice and both times, needed to contact customer service. They appear to be helpful, but don't actually do anything. So friendly, but nothing is solved. The first order had dried out product. I sent 7 photos, but each time was told they couldn't view the photos even though I sent them a variety of ways and I finally gave up, making the customer service rep happy. Like that was the plan all along. Its obvious that the jelly shadow was super dried out. Just replace it! Make a happy customer. Instead, it was thrown out and a waste of money. The second order had zero communication after I ordered and after 2 weeks I reached out to see when to expect shipment, only getting a copy and pasted response. I contacted them a week and a half later for a follow up and got the same copy and paste response. I will not be purchasing from Colour Pop again, which is sad because I love the products once I get them.

I enjoy Colourpop’s products, however, it has been frustrating a few times now because their customer service can be pretty unhelpful. I was missing product in an order and a whole other order was missing as well, and I had to harangue them on social media to even get a response about fixing it. In the end I did get my product but it makes me not want to ever deal with them. For example one of my highlighters came shattered recently and I decided it isn’t worth contacting customer service when they’re not very helpful and I didn’t want to have to get help via being loud on social media. I really love their products but they need to step up their customer service.

I received the wrong order. I ordered 4 palettes and received 2, one of which was the wrong one. When I emailed and messaged to talk, no one responded to me. Instead I received a shipping notification way later sending the other palettes. While I appreciate that they solved the problem, I wish someone who have responded to me and told me what was going on.

My palette came broken and I have reached out twice and have had no response. The makeup is beautiful but the state of arrival and customer service has been disappointing. Update: they finally did send me a new palette, but there was no communication from customer service-the palette just arrived one day.

Prices are great but 2 products were damaged and there is no one you can call,I went through their email process and no one ever responded, will not order again because of this.

Hello from Belarus! Ordered shadow pallets with a discount, but received package with full price in a description Due to customs policy was charged taxes because price without discount was greater than customs limit (price with discount was lower than limit) Now have to deal with local customs to return my money - and it’s not a great experience :( Still shadow pallets received in good condition and the product is great! Thanks!
