My Order did not arrive after more than a month of waiting I do not know what is happening....

Colourpop is just not the same these days with the quality. Especially if you have darker skin tone. If you do, 99% of their eyeshadow palettes end up looking ashy and don't blend well without other eyeshadows from different brands. Example: the Star Wars Mandalorian palette. Same for their lipgloss/lipstick line. Not the same these days as back in 2016-2018 when they had a great formula and wide variety of colors. What's more disappointing is they don't allow returns. Not even for an exchange.

The bristles in the brushes start to spread upon use, not in a GOOD WAY! They don't go back to being SOMEWHAT firm. These are the worse brushes I have EVER purchased! And I own many high dollar brushes. BK, SIGMA, ETC!

Did not receive the 2 large pallets I paid for. And because I didn't open the box and notice soon enough, it was too late to fix. I won't be buying online from colourpop anymore.

My order was canceled for no reason.

I’m not happy because the tip of the brush for the concealer keeps breaking inside the bottle. It has happened 3x. However I never had a problem prior. when I emailed customer service they said they would mail out additional concealers.

Quality is not the same from 2015 it is horrible especially being a woman of color ! The products such as the bronzer and the collaborations like the sailor moon are more white women than women with more pigment to the skin ! Lip colors are still great but over all not a choice of why I would buy any more products from you all
