This was my first purchase I was not to happy some of my pallets come scratch and finger prints on it , I contact customer service and there answer was just because is not broken they can't do anything not even an explanation on why they where like that next time I will think twice before buy direct from you

Truth be told, the makeup would have been a 4 but the customer service is a 1. In an eye shadow pallet, the darkest, color-rich shadow in the pallet, arrived completely decimated. Brick red shadow everywhere. Reached out to customer service, nothing. No response. I’m a long time supporter of Colourpop, purchased a bunch of makeup over the years. I have reached out to customer service a handful of times, I never get a response. It’s not always been about damaged product, I’ve also reached out about discontinued products and their possible substitutes...still nothing. Might as well not have a “Contact Us” or perhaps having a “Contact Us but we won’t contact you” would be a more accurate prompt.

I am in love with the product but the delivery is taking a month 😭🥺

They were okay, I was expecting them to be powder highlighters. They are pigmented but they are very hard to blend out. I probably wouldn’t buy them again but I will use them up

Impressive palette and range of colors, but they don't last as long or stay true to color in comparison with other brands. I'd buy it again though.
