Never been disappointed by anything I’ve received from them.

Coloupop is a great company. The thing I order always come right in time. Since I live outside the U.S. I have timed my orders to be 3 weeks away when I purchase them and they always arrive 3 weeks later, on the dot. The quality of the products is really nice and I love all their collaborations. 10/10 all around.

I love your products and your customer service! I purchased part of a collection on the drop date, and a super shock shadow along with it. When it arrived I noticed I got the wrong SS Shadow and it was broken. I was tempted to just keep it because I love ALL super shock shadows anyway. Plus I figured due to the new collection drop and tons of orders, accidents can happen. I was not upset. I ultimately decided to reach out and I received a response from the team very quickly. They sent me the correct item and it arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely continue to purchase from you guys 💕
