The package was in good condition, the requested article was in good condition too and tje color was right, tho when I started using the eyeliner in broke.

Awesome palette! The colors are phenomenal. The only reason I took a star off is because there is a lot of fallout.

I'm a big fan of colourpop products and i'm always looking at their new releases and wanting to buy everything! The only downside is living in the UK, having to pay taxes and waiting 2-3 weeks for parcels to be delivered.

My experience with colourpop has some things goog and wrong. I bought from mexico an was my first time. I did my purshase and 10 days after the company send the product (losks like a long time), but dirong that time i was wondering what happend becaudse I did'nt have any information, and the traking number never works, a month afrter i never recieve my product so I wrote to colourpor and they giveme a rofound so my experiencie is ok because at least i have a refund

Cute and functional, these cooling wands are a nice addition to my skincare tool kit.

Most of the products I've ordered from them are excellent and the packaging is always cute as heck. But sometimes I receive things slightly banged up, and I don't think from shipping because it will be things like a whole chunk of blush missing from the palette, or lipstick from the tube. Probably just manufacturing defects? But still, a little frustrating. They also aren't the best at figuring out their supply and demand statistics because they frequently don't have enough product and run out of stock within days of new releases, and sometimes sell more than their existing stock.
