some colors very poorly pressed, as in crumbling out of the box when I first opened it. not impressed with pigment quality. but that what I get for buying a novelty character themed eyeshadow box. Though it did offer shades I had been looking for, it's not good staying power and does not feel good to use. i should have kept my 10 bucks

My first ever order came in good condition. I later ordered from them again just to get my items in used condition. I bought two powdered blushes. One had a finger print as if someone swatched it and the second one had so much fall out when I opened it. I was sad because I opened my package days after I received it. Hopefully I don't get any bad reactions. But maybe this was just my experience and hopefully it doesn't happen to others.

Although, all products have arrived, some of them look like they've been tampered with and the super shock shadow was completely broken. Not happy.

Hi. I recently purchase the Animal Crossing full collection set along with some others and I'm slight disappointed on what I received. First the box was not the Animal crossing theme that I expected. Also in the bundle are there supposed to be a brush that included? It said Tools - Animal Crossing Sticker sheet. And the bundle sample on your site had the brush that was also an Animal crossing themed. Its fine if its really not included. I totally missed the Animal crossing experience since I was expecting to receive the package as a whole for this one. Is there any chance that it can be address? Please note that I received just today, since it it an International shipping.

I made an order and literally as soon as it arrived there was a sale on what I ordered. So i reached out to customer service to ask if there was a grace period. Many retailers have a 2 week grace period on sales. Never even got a reply. Looks like customer service needs a bit of improvement

I had to try and go through checkout 4 times before it actually went through, and it wasn’t a problem on my end so it was a bit annoying

The products are AMAZING! Phenomenal products. That being said, shipping is where I had to knock 2 stars off because it was a full week and a half before my products were even packaged to ship. It took about 2.5 weeks for me to get my order which is why I’m always hesitant to order online.

One of my items was okay but not amazing, I got it for the free shipping and in the end I gave it to my sister because, from what I understand, refunds aren't given.
