Pretty sure you all know that you have the best makeup at ther best price point out there. It is so amazing to be able to get top quality makeup without having to sell a kidney to afford it! My one criticism? Why is it that you tend to ignore customer suggestions on big deals? Example...NBC. im sure you're all sick of hearing it, but people were losing their minds with anticipation for this one and what the heck was with that colour story? I get the pinks and purples for sally, but no lime green? Or sally skin cool blue? Something to scream NBC and be a bit edgy...like the tone of the villains collection. It seems like a missed opportunity. Do you guys do customer market research? Select customers and ask at random what they would like to see in a collection? May be a great PR thing for you guys. The Disney collections started out beyond belief but have started to become less exciting when you see them with each release. Love you guys, always will and will always be a loyal customer. Just got the sol face and body bronzer finally in my last order and ARE YOU KIDDING MEEEE???? 107 out of 10 product! Absolutely stunning. Have no idea why I waited so long to get it. And the Cinderella super shock...its like there's actual magic in it! The tiny flecks of glitter around the edges are mesmerizing

The colours really pretty and the packaging is cute. The eyeshadows also arrived in the Uk within a week. I got free shipping due to deals that were happening with a giveaway on their instagram. But without the free shipping I wouldn't of had ordered due to shipping prices to the UK.

I love the liquid blush - it goes on with a dewy finish, and it’s buildable. The matte lipstick (in the gold tubes) - the color is the perfect 90’s era pink/brown. Beautiful color. But it doesn’t stay on for long. (Maybe lip primer would fix that?) The lip liners have beautiful colors, but I discovered you have to sharpen the plastic pencil, instead of the product swiveling up and down, I hate that I have to shred plastic just to get to the liner, so I definitely won’t be buying them again. The liquid lipstick I chose was lovely, but absolutely nothing like the color swatch online. I thought it would be a burnt autumn red, but it was actually a strong fuschia pink with a little red in it. Pretty, but way off.

I unfortunately didnt receive my recent order due to Auspost delivering it to wrong address, but I have bought from colourpoop in the past and they are always incredible, their supershock shadows are amazing and are the eyeshadows I use every day. Their concealer is great for dry skin, doesn't leave me looking cakey or sit in the creases around my eyes.

I like colourpop in general. The only 2 things I have been complaining are: 1. When there’s a promotion, you charge duty based on original price not the sale price. I think that’s not fair. And there’s no way to see how much% duty. I tested before, based on different amount, the duty% is all different. I’m very confused. 2. Last time I got a special coupon code because there was a missing item in my previous package. Customer service gave me the code for future use. However, there’s a expiration date on it, and can only use it when there’s no sale on the website. I live in Canada and I have to buy $60 to get free shipping, plus the duty. In order to use the code, I have to buy $45 extra on regular price. Lucky last time it was free shipping promotion on any order so I can use the code. If you can improve on the above mentioned points, I will appreciate it very much. As well as my friends who also buy colourpop a lot but have similar concerns. Thanks!
