ColourpopReviews of colourpop.com

I was expecting a bigger pallet for the money I spent. I ordered the hoccus poccus palet. The only good I liked is the packaging of the palet. The pallet was slow to ship. This is not what I had hoped it would be. Will not order again, I will keep using urban decay and other brands that are worth the money.

The products can be really nice however there seemes to be close to no communication between the brand and customers in customer service, I have sent multiple emails to them as an item I ordered came completely broken and they haven't contacted me back at all. It's really disappointing and not a risk that's worth making if there's no guarantee you get what you pay for.

Disappointed with the quality of the acnh x cp collab. The eyes shadows are the worst I’ve tried from colourpop and the glitter fallout is terrible. Quality has gone down over the years. Their pallets used to be something I could always count on but now I don’t think I’ll ever make another purchase. Slow down with the releases and focus on making them really good.

I like the products, but part of my order was missing when it arrived, and i have yet to hear from customer service and it has been weeks. ive sent a request four times for a customer rep to contact me, i guess im not getting my product or my money back. feeling robbed

Colourpop never responded to any of my emails I had sent them regarding defective items that came along with my order. They don’t even have a customer service phone number so it’s impossible to reach them when you have a problem with your order. Quality of makeup is not the greatest either. Their makeup is not long lasting at all and usually melts off my face entirely within 4 hours of use.

I had issues with a broken pallet and have emailed several times with no response. So.not the happiest.

I purchased the entire animal crossing x colourpop collection. I checked out no problem and was very excited. It took over two weeks to arrive, and once I got it, it wasn’t worth the wait. The super shock shadow came completely broken, and the eyeshadows blended horribly. It took me so long to contact colourpop and get a response for them to replace the shadow. I was not pleased with this collection, and it was definitely not worth the $125 price tag. I was very annoyed at colourpop, because they took so long to respond to my email about the super shock shadow being broken. I had to contact them through Instagram multiple times, and I had to contact their customer care email multiple times. Overall this collection kind of sucked, and you’re really just paying for packaging. Also if there’s anything wrong with your order, you won’t get a response email for like another week.

One of the products arrived broken. I contacted colourpop about and got no response. The rest of the products arrived well.
