Love the products and specials. Been having issues with items being damaged or wrong items sent.

Products are great. Shipping time is horrible. We get that orders increase but a company should make allowances for that so customers aren't waiting longer for their orders.

Love colourpop cosmetics. Have bought a lot of eyeshadows and they have colors that are hard to find in stores. The only thing I have a problem with, is the size of the cosmetics for the price. A little too small in my opinion, but I still like them. I recently bought a powder blush from them for tHe first time. I bought a really light color and when I got iT, I ThoughT it may be too light, but when I put it on, it had plenty of color so I am glad I got the one I did. I also purchased the shock eyeshadow for the first Time. Love this shadow as it has intense color, and doesn’t flake all over your face. Again, the problem is, it is very small and the first tIme you use it, you can see that it won’t last long. I would really like it if they made bigger ones.

I absolutely love Colourpop products. The order to shipping timeline can wildly vary and I wish there was a phone number to contact customer service since email responses can take some time. I do regularly order from there though and have not had issues with product condition when received, etc.

I just haven't ordered enough to rate higher this is only my second order but will order more in the future. Pleased with the products so far!

Some lipsticks are great- others really aren't great. Leak, aren't truly matte. Plz bring back the fun colors like green, blue and silver!

Easy order experience. Eye shadows were great. Lipsticks have a weird smell/taste and they don’t look good on (texture).
