Two of my gel creme liners came in broken. I submitted an email concerning my broken items and I have not heard back. But the unbroken ones work great.

Items need to restocked more often or please just discontinue them. International shipping took too long to arrive. I tried to check on the status of my order and never received a reply. I love the products and use them often but it would better if more time was spent on customer service and processing orders than promoting their next launch.

My purchase experience was overall good...HOWEVER, I have tried reaching out to colourpop 3 times about a missing item in my order and never got a response. There’s no number to call and not even an email to directly contact customer support. Given it was only $6 but I was disappointed When it didn’t come in.

Makeup was great and arrived at a fair time. Items were missing though. Was given a voucher to the value of the missing items however living in Britain I would have to pay customs and shipping again. Does not seem fair.

The colors were a lot darker than they look online and the shimmer is more like glitter and falls out throughout the day. I dont remember the eyeshadows having so much glitter in it. It is not a subtle glitter or shine. It almost makes me think of makeup when I was in middle school and didnt know any better.

Although I love the product, I do not like companies that do not have a way to contact by phone. My original order came incorrect and what I had to go through in order to get it replaced was way too much.

I love the packaging, and look but the color payoff is awful. The glitter does not stay. The glitter just runs down my face like a sand storm. I'm very disappointed.
