I Haven’t received my order yet I ordered 2 moths ago...

The face milk caused me a bunch of acne.

I try not to write negative reviews because I know mistakes can happen but when a company doesn’t try to fix their mistakes or even acknowledge their customers that isn’t ok with me. I recently purchased 4 lip stains from colourpop and one of the lip stains I received the bottle or the formula was defective. I open the bottle right out the package and the lip stain began spilling down the side of the bottle. I didn’t think much of it beside maybe from being upside when delivered that happen. I clean up the mess and let it go. A week later I wanted to wear that color and I put it in my purse. When I went to grab it and put it on the color leaked all over my clothes and my Louis Vuitton purse. Now this upset me because clearly the bottle is defective or the formula was too watery. I’ve never had this happen to any other lip stain. Lip stain are very difficult to remove so you can image my frustration trying to wipe it off my expensive bag. I email colourpop to let them know about the defective and to see if I could get a new bottle sent to me. Colourpop has NEVER responded to my email and it’s impossible to get them on the phone. They have terrible customer service. I’m giving 2 stars in stead of one because the product is ok and I do like some colors. They are the best or most pigmented but they are ok. But overall how a company treats the customer who spends their money says a lot about them. They don’t care. I suggest trying Coloured Raine vs Colourpop their service is way better

The colors are pretty but the fallout is pretty bad. Not very pigmented. Can’t get past all the fallout. Pretty bummed. The eyeliner is pretty but broke after the third time using it. Won’t be purchasing again. Also shipping took weeks.

They drop major launches and don’t have an efficient or fair way to purchase e.g people getting on the site earlier, letting people snatch things out your cart - give us like 5 mins of it in our cart whilst we put in our details! Also your customer service is zero. No phones, emails ignored, your Twitter team just tweet and reply to memes - I’ve had an order ‘be delivered’ but it’s not here - this was March 2nd. It’s the 14th now. No replies just ignored. A sham

The palettes were broken and the packaging had scratches... It was my first time purchasing from Colourpop and I was so excited to get my products. I had high expectations and was disappointed.

I was so excited for their animal crossing release, but they sent me a broken palette. Not only that, I also purchased foundation from them, and it was leaky and came all dirty. It was so disappointing. And I can’t even do anything about it because they don’t accept returns. They should focus on bettering their customer service than constantly launching new collabs.

Still haven’t received my package!!! Ordered a month ago and shipping info hasn’t been updated since feb 12th very dissatisfied
