I love colourpop, but the collections are becoming repetitive and not as exciting as before.

I absolutely love your products I have about over a 150 palettes of your but I just think these launches every other week is a little ridiculous, you don't even give us time to enjoy a launch before you come out with another. Might have to take a little break from your company.

Honestly I lost some faith in colourpop. I knew my order exciting candle was to be shipped separately but I waited 4 weeks to get it. I’m sad I couldn’t light for Halloween but I’m glad I finally got it. I do appreciate Customer Service was understanding of my frustration. But hey Covid made it difficult for a lot of customers. But I’m glad I finally got everything

The tracking of my package stopped working at some point (which I guess is actually DHL’s fault) and some of the shadows came broken. The rest was wonderful and I’m very happy with my purchase.

The makeup has a nice price for the quality. The eyeshadows are really pingentes and the concealers haver a good coverage. However the order got retained when it arrived at portugal and I had to pay to receive it. However jt was worth the waiting. I give four stars only because of this little incident. It should be sold easier in Portugal.

This is my first time shipping something from the USA, and I understand that there are factors that can make the product to be delayed. However, I consider you can improve the way you keep your customers updated about the delivery process, because I requested to receive updates, and I have not received anything.

I absolutely love this company! The only reason i cannot give 5 stars is because i have had alot of mishaps with this brand. And even though some times it can be hard to finally hear from customer service they always pull through and make up for it. If something's wrong they want to fix the problem. All in all i am a proud customer.

The purchase was easy to do, the promotion of international free shipping with no minimum purchase favored me a lot. Regarding the products, of very good quality, the beautiful packaging, only a shadow arrived somewhat damaged. But I am very comfortable with my purchase.
