Great price, packaging, and colors! There is fall out and you may need to build up color to get the color you desire.

Everything arrives broken. Not just broken but badly put together. My last palette had pans falling out and they wouldn't fit back in because they had been pressed so hard that the metal pan was deformed. I then got sent a replacement wich was also broken and just gave up. Not Gona message customer service again

Unfortunately, the lip gloss I ordered says it was delivered but my close friend never received it. I found out she ordered herself the matching blush and eye shadow kits so it’s a bummer. My rating is only based on the this situation. It looked really great!

Cream shadows were literally old and dried out, caps weren't even closed well and they fell off the small jars when I opened the package.

Both lipsticks ordered were damaged. The tip on one was smashed and the second one the lipstick was loose and fell out from its case. The blush stick did not go on smooth. It came off in chunks on my face. Didn’t bother to try other products yet.

Eyeshadows received damaged.

The makeup is amazing for the price point, but one of my products was missing in the package and I didn't get a replacement till two weeks later, which bummed me out. Nevertheless, I love cheap GOOD makeup so ill be making more purchases in the future.

The products were delivered but, the problem was with one of the shadow compacts was all crumbling and broken. I sent 2 emails, and couldn’t find a phone number to call. No response so I sent the compact back with a note and the purchase order. It’s been about 7-8 days and I haven’t heard from anyone yet. There needs to be a better form of communication, and response.
