Ordered the new Animal Crossing pallets and to my dismay one came with completely crushed eyeshadow that when I opened it for the first time, the eye Shadow fell out all over my clothes. Some of the pallets the eye shadow isn’t even useable like the formula is off... it won’t glide on... I have to dig it out in chunks in order for it to work on my eyes. But the pallets do have beautiful colors and the ones that do work look amazing.

I ordered four pallets and multiple colors were completely shattered and unable to be fixed. I suppose that is the quality I paid for....

Product came damaged, eyeshadows don't hold together very well so it is very messy even if they don't fall out.

I bought 3 cream liners: flowerful, spring day, and exit. Exit and spring day were pigmented and smooth, I really enjoyed them. Flowerful was honestly a waste of money, it doesn’t show up the on the skin at all.

Lipstick was broken upon arrival.

One big star deducted for the consistent lack of inclusivity within the range of cheek products and eyeshadows. If I had more money to spend, it would certainly have gone to other brands for that reason alone. Deducted a second star for the lack of very obvious warnings that a product is or contains a pressed pigment vs. an eyeshadow. I do not purchase or use pressed pigments for the eyes, but I was in such a hurry to complete my order that I completely forgot to read the fine print on the main squeeze palette. Once I received the order I was mad at myself when I discovered the palette had pressed pigments, but I also felt like I’d been tricked. It’s so well hidden within the product information, clearly an effort to make the warning as little noticeable as possible while still disclosing the info so they don’t get sued or whatever. If there had been more clear disclosure of the inclusion of pressed pigments, I would have purchased the strawberry shake in its place.

Products are good for the price point but shipping takes too long

I didn’t receive the full animal crossing set. The packaging was for a different theme.
