Part of order came scratched/used. Costumer service ignored the problem. However after sanitising products where quit good quality. It's just not worth buying if you want to gift it to someone.

The site said that customs had to be payed extra. however, the amount to pay was higher than the purchased goods, almost double. So never again..

i received 3 pallets, one arrived damaged and broken. i reached out 3 times on multiple platforms to contact customer support, and unfortunately never received a response. the makeup is wonderful, but don’t expect to be able to return or exchange products easily if they arrive damaged

Juniper liner broke just a few days after opening it. The entire pencil part came out. The sol body oil doesn’t moisturize as it claims to. Reached out to colourpop and still haven’t heard back... disappointed.

I have had too many issues with orders from them and find their customer service not so good. I am either missing items, got the wrong item or this time I received empty packaging. I end up having pay shipping all over again to get what I already paid for and didn't receive the first time.

I think Colourpop has great products however some of my favourite lipsticks are always discontinued (limited edition) or out of stock. Kind of frustrating
