I didn't get my order and custom support isn't answering

I ordered items during a sale. A bundle of palettes was missing from my package. When I emailed CS, I was told the items were out of stock & was issued a refund. However, the palettes were still available individually on the site. I asked for the opportunity to repurchase the palettes at the original discounted price which I purchased them at. I was told that would not be fair to other customers…? Ridiculous. Seems like a shady way to get out of honoring their sale prices.

Never got it, still shipping since 28 December 🤦🏼‍♀️

I didn’t know there was a cost for this. I’m now deleting from my phone!

I did not receive the products I ordered and even one less item as well. When I reached out to customer service I was told I cannot get the items and they gave me a $22 voucher. That would barely cover shipping to Canada. I disputed this and got $20 refund. Very disappointing! The customer service I was given was unacceptable for a company like this.

All the order was wrong, duplicated products, missing items, broken eyeshadow... and they were Christmas presents. I'm from Spain and it was impossible to make another order for Christmas because it takes forever to arrive
