Easy to order items online, often having great sales and subscription emails. My only complaint has to be how long orders take to ship, in my experience I ordered a mystery nine-pan palette that came in a set of three during a sale. It took about a month for my order to come in.

The shipping took longer than expected but the items were in perfect conditions :) I just love their products even if I don't get to buy often because the shipping cost to Italy is way to high for me and I have to pay custom fees too...

I had never received the first package. I reached out to ColourPop and had asked what can they do as well as what can I do. Miranda had emailed me and said that I could get a replacement or a refund. I asked for a replacement and they delivered it in a timely matter to the new address. I got my products and I love them.

I'd order more often if you offered a lower minimum delivery for free postage & maybe add some more lip balm & some hand lotion options to boost the basket with everyday essentials. Other than that, the products are amazing!

I purchased the Twilight eyeshadow palette from Colourpop, and I love the colors and pigmentation! I only took off a star because a couple of the shadows were cracked/broken when they arrived. Still, the product works great.
