Prices are right, but all of my colors were off from what I expected and you have no returns. Hence, I will not place future orders.

I generally like ColourPop, but the fact that they don't offer refunds or returns gives me pause.

I loved the eyeshadow but the lips lacked in flavor , pigment , and tasted like wax

The products are great and the prices are great as well. But you basically have to twist their arm for a refund for a product they forgot to ship. I had originally asked for a refund or for it to be sent free of charge instead gave me a $5 coupon at first to cover the cost of the eyeshadow. Which makes no sense or difference when the shipping to Canada is $14. Why would someone pay more when they never received the product in the first place. Had to email a second time just to get the refund. And fortunately the refund did show up days later. I like their products and would like to order from them again. But I don’t want the hassle if they mess up again.

I had great expectations but I didn’t love it… It’s not bad but I wouldn’t recommend it.

I'm disappointed with the search filters. They've been updated so there are fewer options, which forces me to search through items I have no interest in.

I love the beautiful neutral colors but when I opened the makeup pallet coco crush was breaking and crumbling which was disappointing.
