Will never purchase from colourpop website again. Came very late and broken. Customer service was horrible

Colourpop sent the wrong items. I had to contact them 3 times before they responded. This took 10 working days. They said they would not send the correct parcel and would refund instead. I asked why this was as it was a gift, I would rather the parcel than a refund. They refused to answer the question, instead they responded a week later with the same message and informed me that if I wanted the items, I would have to place a new order. I asked if they would compensate the shipping as this error is not mine. Another week later they refused to do this also. They offered me $5 off my next order which is unacceptable as it does not match the cost of global shipping. I did not re-order the gift and won’t use the company again.

Items are missing in my order. Have been mailing 4 times since 24th january about it.. no message back!!!! Its been almost a month with no help.

I placed and order, wrong item was sent.Did not receive reply for +5 business days. Finally advised replacement would be sent 01/27/2025....it's currently 02/14/2025 , still no eyeshadow pallet.the tracking number has not updated.

Sent all wrong items/someone else's order and then no response from customer service for weeks.

Made an order a couple of days after Christmas, it was shipping internationally and I knew it could take up to 21 business days to arrive. I received a tracking number and then, nothing. It never updated past 'Data received'. I waited the amount of time they ask you to wait before enquiring and reached out. I then waited over a week and received no reply from customer service! I had to open a dispute with Paypal to get my money back, and I never heard a word from the company. Avoid at all costs.

I have not recibe my packge yet. I mande the order on december 26 since 2024.
