The eyeshadow pallet very disappointed not pigment at all. Very powdery. Just disappointed with my purchase want my money back

I really wanted to like this lipliner. EVERY influencer goes on and on about BFF being the perfect nude lip liner. The problem is that you just take a chance when you order something online. I don’t understand the hype. I can’t sharpen it nor does it click to sharpen, so I’m stuck with something that won’t line to a fine point. Not to mention it doesn’t have much staying power. The shipping to Canada was more than the cost of what I ordered. Too much of a hassle to return. Lesson learned. Next time I will just stick with what I can try on locally.

My box was open and damaged when i received it

Got the wrong palette and the quality is not good that good

No customer service to talk to just email correspondence that takes FOREVER. Had an issue checking out, no place to use discount code. Emailed the company and did not hear from them till days after I received my product. By then they would not honor my code or even offer to give me a new one to replace the one I couldn’t use.

The set did not come with the box or stickers

the make up is kinda chalky in its own regard , came in a little broken too but besides that it wouldve been good if i didnt have to pay extra 23 euro's for import costs that i already paid in the total price for ^^''

As much as I love Colourpop makeup, this last experience hasn't been great. One of my products came broken and after trying to contact customer service multiple times I still haven’t heard back from them.
