The products are beautifully presented and the colors are fabulous. However the actual products are not the best quality. Unfortunately even in the same pallet some colors are good and others just don't even leave any of the product on your skin.

I love there products , but half my order was missing , I usually rip things open and don’t hold on too my packaging so I was unable to take a picture of the package slip & didn’t get my refund or my product . Will continue to shop here regardless but will me more cautious next time

I had to directly message the Colourpop Instagram page in order to get a response about my order, which I submitted several customer service inquiries about & received no responses. My order was "pending" for over a week with no information about shipment or status updated until the Instagram page replied back to me. Then, magically, it was "shipped". I'm not sure if I will order from here anymore.

It’s a cute pallet but there is a weird like burnt plastic smell to it. I was scared to put it on my skin. I haven’t tried it.

The products I purchased were very cute. However, the quality was mediocre. But, as it's a very affordable brand, you get good value for your money.

I love my make up i got and thankfully it survived but the shipping was awful. There was a literal hole punched through my box!
