I did not receive one of my items with this order.

I have not received my colourpop products, I sent emails asking about the shipping and I only have an automatic response saying solemne Will contact me, until now nothing

I never received my order. customer service replies are very slow. Hoping for a refund.

Order came damaged, was supposed to be a gift - made me late for gifting Packaging for shipping is total slipshod

They sent me used product. My liners had hair on them and were half used. BRAND NEW LINERS. I asked for a replacement, they said they couldn’t replace it. Absolutely disgusted bro never ordering from here again

Over a month and still didn’t get the package

I bought three items. One was not made carefully. One was damaged and possibly USED. And the third was damaged and not at all what they advertised. And Michele, the rep who was assigned to my ticket was beyond rude. It took a full month of me sending pictures of what I had received and non-stop nagging emails to finally be done with this terrible company. They only agreed to fix the issues when they realized that I have a significant influence in the real world and a personal friend in the beauty world. If I was a nobody, they would not have done anything.
