Terrible customer service - my queries regarding not being able to order a free brush with my order as advertised, & a month long delay for my last order were not addressed except for a stereotyped email saying that international orders take up to 21 days. Hello it is now a week past that & what about my free brush? Back & forth my queries & the steretyped reply go until in sheer frustration I have given up. Probably what they were hoping for. Great products - poor uncaring customer service

Product arrived smashed, (5 eyeshadows) The quality was poor with no pigment transfer. I contacted there customer service team to be offered $20 from a $40 order plus I would need to internationally send their faulty bad quality product back to there head office. This is unacceptable, please note there return policy is poor. I then claimed through paypal and even then the company made it extremely hard for me to make a return and claim my money back for this terrible product. Buyer beware, cheap bad quality product, and extremely hard to return faulty, cheap and nasty product.

They do not have any customer care support. It is a automated email just send replay the same email after 48 hours.

I received a lip trio from colour pop. The envelope it came in was opened, and each of the lip glosses were opened. When I asked for a new one they said that there packaging was not sturdy and they don't give refunds even for tampered products. This is unsafe and an unacceptable customer service practice. I don't recccommed purchasing online if their items are not even guaranteed to arrive safely.

1.) Colourpop cancelled my order even after they already sent a confirmation email 2.) I placed another order because my family/friends really wanted these items 3.) I reached out to Colourpop to see if they could help me expedite these orders because it was partly their fault that they cancelled the order without explanation 4.) Instead of helping me out (or even reading my message) they gave me a copy-paste reply of their process. 5.) Since they wouldn't help out, I tried to redirect the address (pretty standard with other online vendors) and they took forever to reply even after I made the subject "URGENT" 6.) I thought things were getting somewhere, but they shipped my order to the wrong address 7.) Now they won't help me retrieve the items (as I already left the United States) and told me to contact USPS to fix the problem

Ordered more that 150 USD worth of products and it didn't come. Filed a dispute thru paypal and Colourpop promised to sent me another package but I need to close paypal dispute for them to do that. Did as they said but the alleged replacement package didnt arrive as well. Seems like I was tricked into closing the dispute. Contacted them about the issue and just said that they cannot issue another replacement package. So that was it! I lost my 150 USD and they gained 150 USD. Very good business Colourpop!!! Your products are good but customer service and follow up really suck. I was not satisfied by the service you have provided me.

Worst Customer Service I have ever had to deal with. I made an order from the UK from the colour pop website. I emailed about 10 mins after placing the order as 1 item was incorrect, I was told I could swap an item of equal value. When I replied to let them know what item I wanted to swap another rep picked up my email and sent me a generic reply saying no orders could be changed. I then spent 6 days going back and forth being told my item had already entered the shipping process but a week later it still had no my shipped. I spend over $135 that is without the custom fees when it arrives and there team did nothing to help me they send me generic incorrect replies told me I could not exchange or refund and would not swap the item even though it was their fault they did not read my request: I will never use them again! The first thing I will do is try sell all the products on Depop and let everyone I can know that this company does not value its customers even internationally. There is no point buying from them the products are not worth the import costs and the customer service was the poorest I have ever experienced. Worst ever I have never dealt with people who can't seem to read before!

My order was sent near 2 months ago; and since them i never received it! They said me that it's stopped on the custom fees but i tried to contact the courier and guess what, there was no package for me! All they offered me was a excuse and a discount of 5 dollars....NEVER MORE buying from this company!
