If you are thinking about ordering from colourpop, don’t! Customer service is terrible, they won’t ship the products that you pay for, make you jump through hoops to “prove” it wasn’t shipped and then offer zero apology or compensation for their mess up. They also delete the bad comments from their social media pages.

I have been buying colourpop for years now . All of a sudden everytime I try to place an order it’s immediately cancelled . I have gone back and fourth with numerous reps who just says “our system couldn’t process the order” . The first explanation was my shipping and billing address didn’t match , WHEN IT DID. Now they’re saying ttheir “system” thinks my 30 charge is fraudulent ? How in the world did your “system “ say my brand new debit card and a 30 order is fraudulent ? I officially hate colourpop now glad I can’t buy from them !

Thank you colourpop for your seriousness: several orders grouped for sending, only one received. And rather than making a refund of the missing items or shipping them, what are you doing? You refund me in promo code! You force me to recommend again to be compensated, and that, without any excuse, no commercial gesture. You should learn to respect your customers ...

The worst customer service experience ever. I agree with another reviewer-their customer service department is their to protect their brand and not to actually help customers. An order of mine was never delivered, and it had been over a month with no updates on tracking whatsoever. The item never reached Canadian Customs, and when I emailed with a concern, they sent me a condescending and generic response that shipping takes 21 business days and the definition of a business day. I emailed after 22 business days and they offered me the option of a refund or a replacement but that if they send a replacement it would not be eligible for a refund and to provide an alternate address, implying that it was an issue with my local post office and refusing to take responsibility despite the evidence (and proof that it never even made it to my country so obviously it wouldn’t be my post office). When I challenged that, they apologized for the confusion and reiterated what they previously said without acknowledging anything I said. I said I am not confused, just frustrated with your reluctance to admit that something went wrong, and that I’m not being listened to, and that I would like a replacement only if I may retain the option for a refund in case the second shipment was also not shipped properly. They refused and kept saying that the options they are offering are a courtesy, and when I informed them that it is not a courtesy to provide a service when the mistake is on behalf of the company, they ignored me. I will never order from them again.

I’m having such a horrible experience with their customer service! I will never order from this site again! I never received my package and now they won’t issue me a refund. Save your money and just go to sephora or ulta.

I ordered makeup from colour pop once and I will never do it again. The shade I carefully selected and ordered looks nothing like it did on line. The lip stick is completely rolled up and I don’t think it rolls down, strange I’ve never seen anything like it. They do not accept exchanges or returns, don’t waste your money.

Ive been fighting with colourpop for weeks now and they will not admit to the mistake they made and instead of sending me out the package they refunded me which I did not want. Then they refunded me for the wrong amount and they still owe me money. Update beginning of November this company is useless Update December... This company has no compassion and horrible customer service. They do not care that they still owe me money and they keep blaming the situation on me even after I provided proof that it was their fault. I really hope people learn from my experience and spend their money elsewhere it’ll save you a headache I promise

I purchased a lip product from Colourpop and unfortunately didn't like it. It was too dry and it crumbled on the lips, and online it seemed pink but was truly brown in person. After I reviewed the product, customer service reached out to me and offered a complimentary lip product. I declined and asked that my review just be posted online since it wasn't showing up yet. Every time I asked customer service why my review wasn't being posted or how much longer it would take to put it up, I would get rerouted or given excuse after excuse and long response times. My review was never posted. I wanted to try other products from them but unfortunately the way the company handled this issue was really disappointing and I won't be ordering anything from them in the future because of it.
