Recieved a palette with a huge fingerprint in the middle of it. Customer service told me it wasn't an issue and nothing could be done about it. I responded again, and never heard back. If nothing's wrong with it, take it back and sell it to someone else! Silly me- I expected my brand new palette to be brand new. I don't want a stranger's fingers on my face!! Terrible customer service. Color swatches of the other products I ordered did not match the website at all. Was super excited to try these products. Disappointed all around.

I order three lipsticks on Black Friday. It’s December 6th and I have yet to receive them. I contacted their customer service on November 30th and received a reply from “Kristie”, telling me that packages from the particular location it was at tend to take a few days longer to arrive as well as update the tracking. She suggested I wait a few more days and to keep them updated if I still don’t receive it. Well, I e-mailed them last night saying it was now almost December 6th and it still had not moved. Her response? They only have the same information that I do and that the delivery date will update when available and also, if I had any further questions, I should contact the USPS myself. Excuse me? Why is it my responsibility to contact the USPS? That is part of your job! It is your job to found out where my order is and why I haven’t received it. I did not hesitate to write back a rather nasty e-mail saying just that as well as that I would leave a bad review everywhere I could. Alas, here I am! I would not order from this company unless you’d like to blow money on things you’ll apparently never receive and deal with subpar customer that doesn’t give a crap about you.

I will NEVER EVER buy from them again, they have TERRIBLE customer service. I loved CP for YEARS. I have been buying from them for years but after this last experience, i will NEVER deal with them again. Customer service for any company is golden, but with colourpop they DONT have that. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The WORST customer service experience ever. I've had a couple issues recently with shipping issues for my Colourpop orders (turns out the shipment issues were with USPS, but they were equally useless). The two times I needed to reach out to Colourpop, the "customer care" team did not read my initial email and simply copied and pasted a FAQ that they thought answered my question, and in both instances, I had already read the extremely unhelpful FAQ. That immediately set me off. Don't automatically assume that your customers are too stupid to read the FAQs on your site; it's insulting. Why even put them there if you assume no one reads them?? Additionally, what is the point of reaching out to "customer service" if they won't even take the time to read your message and respond thoughtfully? The customer service team is a worthless waste of money for Colourpop. Really, just do away with the customer care team; it would save Colourpop money, and it would save customers the annoyance of having to deal with them in the first place. Colourpop has just lost a very loyal customer due to Kristie and the Coloupop customer care team.

Colourpop has bad customer service. You pay full price for items that go on sale 2 hours later with a promo code, and the customer service representatives (Greg) aren't courteous enough to apply it. Then they're slow to cancel orders, so the items end up shipping and it's too late. Shady business and shady customer service.

Worst customer service experience and I work in customer service. I placed an order and mistakenly put in my wrong address and I fully understand that it was my fault and I should've double checked the order before placing it. I then reached out to their CX team right away asking to change the shipping address to my current one. They responded the next day and said they couldn't because the order was already placed so they could not cancel/modify which I find hard to believe. Since I do work in CX, we have this issue all the time and we are able to either change the address or reroute no problem. They refused to assist me any further and provided me with a link to USPS to solve the issue myself. What is the point of CX if a customer has to solve their own issue? Never buying from them again because of their bad customer service.

Awful experience. Got confirmation of shipment (to the UK) over a month ago, recieved a tracking link that didn’t work. When I eventually got a working one, no one was updating the parcel’s location. Emailed again today as it’s been way over 21 working days since shipment only to be told it’s been lost in transit. Probably wouldn’t have told me if I hadn’t emailed in. First time trying to order and will never try again. I requested a refund, but if I opted for a replacement and the same happened again I wouldn’t be eligible for a refund then, which is practically theft. Never order if you live in the UK, not reliable or helpful at all.

Muy mala experiencia, las sombras un 70% de ellas me llegaron rotas, el iluminador de un tamaño diminuto que no cubría casi ni la mitad del envase. Intenté ponerme en contacto con ellos, y ni caso.
