I love Colourpop, but my gripe with them is poor customer service. That's all.

Great price and super cute packaging but I've been very disappointed at how the shadows do not last on my lids, even with primer and sealing.

Products are great. Prices are reasonable. Shipping takes FOREVER!

I have made 2 purchases more than a month and a half ago and my order has been in Frankfurt for more than 10 days. I bought in California and the order had to arrive in Argentina and it is still in Frankfurt ???.

I got some of the animal crossing collection. First, the packaging was not quite how it seemed to be pictured, though mostly I am just saying that as it was a little disappointing. More disappointingly, though, was that the packaging was damaged. As a collector, I like the cute packages especially from things that I love, like animal crossing. That was disappointing. Then, the balloon pop shadow was completely destroyed, powder everywhere. Which is incredibly shocking because Colourpop has 20/10 packing skills - lots of bubble wrap and a nice protective box. I emailed them about my defective product and they said nothing until my replacement had arrived. Unfortunately that one, too, was damaged - not as badly but it was still a powder mess of falling apart. I appreciate that they kind of fixed the problem, but it took a while and still wasn't great. So I definitely do not recommend the balloon pop shadow. The lip products I got were satisfactory, and met my needs for cute animal crossing related things. Though I am still kind of saddened about the whole thing.

I ordered the sailor moon collection and the ultra glossy lip brush were so stiff. I put the bristles in hot water to soften bristles. a separate time I ordered the lizzie Mcguire collection and when I received that the lip scub on the container looked greasy as if someone touched it and when closing got the product on the outside container also upon opening one of the plumping gloss it appeared as if it was not closed tight enough or someone squeezed some out because it was a mess. again I just wiped them down and hoped it got that way during delivery. I also ordered gel eyeliner kit all broken except one. I honestly love the products and pricing. the down side is that every time I order there's always something wrong.
