I never received my package. It was returned to sender.

The package was for two lip colors one was “warm up guy” and “first date.” Also, for Cooling Facial Globes. The package was suppose to be delivered to 4124 Culp Ridge Trail apt 203, Indian Land SC 29707, United States. The package never arrived despite checking multiple times and with the neighbors. It is saying delivered through UPS on December 28 I checked that day and every day after that and the package was not delivered and I was still charged for the package and delivery. If someone can please assist me in the matter I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

Received someone else's order. Also took forever to arrive, luckily I didn't buy Christmas presents!

I was disappointed with the whole experience. They didn’t ship the product out for over a week at which point I was no longer interested in it. No communication, no nothing. I did request to cancel-however they could have just say we will ship it out right away or offer at least an apology, but they just canceled. Clearly having a customer isn’t that important. And I get it, holidays are busy. But I got items from a company that’s even smaller than this with more consistency and better communication. So there’s no excuse. Don’t think I’ll be shopping here anymore. I was actually really disappointed in this, I was looking forward to those items, oh well if they don’t care why should I.

Didn’t get my package

It took more than 2 weeks for the order to even be shipped by Colourpop. And then another two weeks to be shipped by DHL. It took more than a month to get my parcel.

Thus product delive too late and arrive broken.

I didn’t receive anything I need my money back please
