Unfortunately, I have recently experienced the TERRIBLE customer service everyone is talking about from Colourpop. I was an avid shopper and would buy products from them almost every month. This last order never showed a tracking update, so I emailed them and they assured me it was on its way and had a scanning error. However, I am sure that this was a lie because two weeks later my package never shipped. They finally agreed to resending the order, but told me that processing alone would take ten days. My order had absolutely no priority after they made a mistake. I also left a poor review online and verified my email like I was supposed to and the review never showed up! Very sketchy. It left me with a bad taste in my mouth about this company. I loved their products and I am so disappointed. They need to learn some tips from Nordstrom because their customer service is GARBAGE.

Just horrible customer service. They won't do literally ONE THING to help out a customer. They wouldn't accept a return even on defective items. They couldn't care less about the customer. Just making cheap glittery junk and refusing to help AT ALL. I'm blown away by their customer service. Never seen something so bad.

Absolutely terrible customer care. I made an order with the wrong shipping address. Granted this was a mistake on my part but the second I made the order I realized, so I sent a mail immediately to cancel the order. Clearly, their inefficiency at getting things done on time got in the way, so they mentioned that the order had already been packed and could not be modified or canceled. I do not stay in that location anymore so this is all way too inconvenient. Please ramp up your game Colourpop. This is highly inefficient and unacceptable.

I never leave bad reviews for companies but I’m so angry that I needed to warn people. I made a $200 order and had to make it over 3 orders due to them not shipping more than 20 items to the U.K. in one shipment. I paid, they added the tax at checkout and I waited for my orders. Only one arrived as two got stopped at customs and I received a £40 fee despite already paying this. After complaining they finally refunded my customs fee. However when I then got the box, 5 items were missing including the empty palette to put all the single shadows I had ordered so I couldn’t even use them. When I contacted them they agreed to give me a credit coupon but this was for less the items cost to buy again and meant I would be paying shipping and tax again which was almost $20. All I wanted was what I ordered but they wouldn’t just send out the products like every other company I’ve ever had an issue with. Every reply I got was so scripted it wasn’t even like it was an actual person sending them and they didn’t once acknowledge the amount of mistakes they had made with my orders. I’ve never ever had a company not just send your missing items or charge you to fix their mistake. After further complaint they offered me a one time courtesy of refunding me for the cost of my products but again refused to replace the missing items even though you can’t replace something I never had. It’s just so clear that they don’t actually care about their customers and are just focused on making money. I’m just so disappointed as I LOVE their products but just can’t support a brand that treats customers like that. I bet if I was a social media influencer with masses of followers they would have been more than happy to resend my items. Just unbelievable. Stay clear UK shoppers!! Not worth the hassle.

Customer service SUCKS!!! My order never arrived and they made me wait 10 days. TEN DAYS!!! To finally re issue my order which is what I initially asked for but was denied. After becoming irritated at this I asked for refund which they are now ignoring me and not responding. Completely unacceptable customer service. Every reply is like a automated response and is no help at all. Now I get ignored. Just crazy this company is like that. You’d think they’d care more about their customers and give a refund where it is due.

I got scammed!I didn’t get the colors I wanted and not only that but I was suppose to revive 9 but only got 5, I emailed them so many times and the gave me the same exact answer each time because it is a computer.I work hard for that money and ok if it was $20 or something but it wasn’t!It was more than $20.They are scammers.Please don’t ever order from them, I am trying to help you her because I don’t want the same thing to happen to you!If they actually cared about their costumers they would take time to took through the things I ordered.Rhey should be able to have a phone number.Why???!!!!! Just why??!!! Scamming people isn’t going to get u anything.Please don’t make the same mistake I made.

Made an order on the 23rd of December. Received a package on the 3rd Jan which was quite good timing considering it cane from the US. However, when I opened it I found an order meant for someone in Thailand. I email their customer service team straight away who asked me to send photo’s, which I did. It then took until the 7th of Jan for them to tell me that they are ‘very busy’ and that my correct order will be sent out in 5-7 working days...how by any stretch of the imagination can they think this is ok? I have asked for a refund and they are now ignoring me. You can only contact them by email. I also saw a lot of posts from people on their Instagram page who were still getting customs fees even though ColourPop charge you duty. Really really bad company. Update: I received my replacement package last week and there was still 1 incorrect item. They have offered to refund for the 1 item, I imagine because it's not viable for them to spend more postage just to send me a lipstick. They really don't seem to be able to get anything right, and have the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Horrible customer service!!! Their customer service reps only copy and paste the same message and are not helpful at all. My package was lost in USPS and it looks like from the reviews that Colourpop packages get lost a lot (improper packaging/labeling perhaps). Colourpop kept replying with "contact USPS for more information on your package" which I did, waiting an hour on the phone each time I contacted USPS, only to have them tell me to contact Colourpop to resolve my order problems!!
