Worst company ever! Stay far away! I ordered 7-8 items and the website messed up and ordered items I never wanted! This was their website mess up not mine and now I’m stuck paying for items I won’t even use! Customer service is so rude too! Now I know why they give so many gurus free items, to make their brand look better than it is. Way better brands out there with amazing customer service! BUYER BEWARE! If I give 0 stars I would!

Horrible company. Scammers. Don’t expect a refund even if they overcharge you by their mistake. Run by extreme greed. Makeup is also horrible quality. Worst customer service experience ever.

If I can rate them zero stars I would this is the worst experience ever bad shipping service bad and rude customer services I waited 38 days but still haven’t got my items I asked them kindly for a refund or reshipping they refuse until they receive the package !! is this how you treat your customers ? I have ordered from so many different websites and they would refund me or resend if anything went wrong and this company (colorpop)making me feel like I’m stealing from them or something it’s absolutely disgusting.

You get what you pay for. I trusted this brand from the get go. I stopped ordering because their shipping took too long and I was moving out of the US. It's been 3 years since Ive ordered anything, and their shipping time still sucks. They keep emailing me it takes a while for promotions and whatnot. But they sure can send PR packages to influencers in a hot minute. Its been 2 weeks now.

I have shopped here for years and have bought HUNDREDS of dollars worth of makeup products from them but I will never spend a dime there again. My most recent package of items was bought for a friend for her birthday totaling about 50 dollars. I had received an email that they were delivered but I had no package. I looked at the tracking information and the USPS said they had put the package next to my mailbox. I live in an apartment building and we have signs all over the building telling the USPS to NOT to leave packages out in the open because they will get stolen. I had contacted USPS myself and they confirmed they had made a mistake and had put my package out in the open right under my mailbox. I completly understand that this is USPS's fault and not Colourpop whatsoever. This isn't what I was mad about. I had emailed them (because of course they don't have a customer service number) and told them this exact thing. After going back and forth with them for hours with generic answers, they eventually said I had to wait 5 more days for them to be able to even look into it because apparently "sometimes it will say delivered when it is still on the way" even though I already explained all of that to them and even confirmed it with USPS. Nonetheless I emailed them after 5 days of it being "delivered" and explained I would like a refund at this point because I had already bought makeup at Sephora for her birthday because I did not want to miss her bday as it had already passed at this point. They then told me they had just sent out a replacement package and no refunds are allowed. Just the fact alone that they don't even have a customer service number just tells me they don't give a crap about their customers. I think they have good makeup for the price but if you have even a small issue be ready to never get it resolved.

I emailed colourpop because the formula of some of the products I ordered were inconsistent. One item was a bronzer that was chalky and the pigmentation did not transfer at all even when I used my fingers or brush. The other product, which is a concealer, the color had changed. I've purchased the same color before, but the 2nd one I ordered was more red. The ordered the same products month ago and that formula was much more yellow. I went back and forth for hours sending pictures of the products to the customer rep Sabeen S. as she asked, for her to only tell me that because the products were not damaged there wasn't anything they could do. She even said that I made a mistake in selecting the color. She suggested "In the future, to get a better idea of how the shade will look on your skin tone, we suggest researching the shades on social media". Again, I own the same color shade that I purchased months ago. I placed another order because I was restocking. I'm well aware of which shade to order. I've been a colourpop customer for years. But I will never spend another dime with them. I'm utterly disappointed.

I came from China and bought the eye shadow plate on the official website. However, after receiving the product, the 12 colors were only 11 colors, and the quality was very poor, which was completely different from what my friend bought. I checked these reviews and found that the colorpop service is really bad, especially for international services. Do I have reason to suspect that international orders cannot be refunded, so I received a bad product? Please investigate, thank you

My package arrived and I had two items missing. When I contacted them they told me hey take this coupon cod and re-purchase the items. The thing is I will have to pay shipping! Why would I be paying shipping when I already paid for this items. and the coupon ends after 3 months! so if i didn’t re-purchase and pay for the shipping my money is gone. They forgot my items so as a company they have to send them to me.
