ColourpopReviews of colourpop.com

I think your shipping rates are too high and not even comparable in the market place. Paying over 80 % of the cost of goods for an item that weighs less than 7grams seems outrageous. I won’t be shopping on your website because it’s just not commercially attractive

For solve the problems with customers are really slow and why didn’t have any contact phone number..........

last two times I’ve placed an order my package arrived incomplete. Usually eyeshadow palettes are missing. Today I placed a new order and Im worried this will happen again :(

Amazing products, I love shopping here for my girlfriend!

the bff mascara in black didn't do much for my lashes, i had to put on 3 layers to make it look decent and the curl fell out instantly. but the worst of all it started smudging after 1 hour of wear. don't waste your money on it, it's pretty cheap but there's many more cheaper products that work a lot better.

Only made 1 order and it was enough for me. Bought 2 palettes, and 1 shadow is missing. I live in France, had to pay shipping and taxes instead of 50€ it cost 70€. I contacted them and they gave me a code that offer me 1,66$ (Price/number of shadow) for a shadow that cost 5$ (Real price) i told them and they sorry but cant do nothing except gave a code that cover the real price i paid for the missing shadow, their mistake but i have to pay a shadow more than i should, repay shipping and maybe taxes, come on!!!! i was hoping it would end well, but they will never have my money again.

My first time ordering from colourpop and I must say my experience was terrible. Ordered a few products for my upcoming Vaca, and somehow sent me the wrong items. The company doesn’t have a customer service #, so I immediately emailed the same day I got the package (Tuesday) Someone emailed me the next day...asking for pictures of the items I got and my packing slip...so I sent it. Then the next day they got back to me asking for some signature on the package...so I sent it. At this point I’m annoyed because why didn’t they ask for pics of what they needed to begin. Today (Friday) they get back to me and told me they will ship my items out but due to the promotion they had going on... I was informed shipping time is delayed and I now will be getting my items in 5-7 business days! Which will mean I won’t even have my package before my vaca...Just terrible customer service overall...They didn’t offer to expedite my order due to a mistake they made on their behalf...Usually I order my make up from Fenty, but thought I try out colourpop since I heard good things about their products. Due to this experience I regret ordering from here, and Won’t be ordering from colourpop again. 0 stars for me.

Had a horrible customer service experience with colourpop. First of all they have no customer service number which UCLA because you can’t talk to someone and have to go back and forth via emails. Second customer service is completely rude and unprofessional. I sent a package to the wrong address and notified them less than 24 hours after placing the order. They said the order could not be cancelled even though it had not left the warehouse and would be sent to the incorrect address regardless and hopefully get sent back to them. This was the only way I could get a refund. They did not offer any real solutions and when I asked to have a manager’s email address I was not provided with one. Never buying from them again and I tell everyone I know who wants to buy from them about my experience.
