The products Have a good quality But the time that I had to wait was too long. You should improve the shipping times

I placed several orders in a row from Colourpop. I enjoy their products and generally their price point, but I had an issue with at least one product from every order (damaged, jelly shadow not filled all the way, dirty/scratched palettes, etc.). I contacted customer service and they issued replacements with only minimal hesitation, which I do appreciate. However, after the last round of this, one eye shadow palette that appeared fine when I unboxed it had a pan completely disintegrate on me (of course on a color that I liked!) and I honestly didn't even have the energy to contact Colourpop again and ask for a replacement. It's more work than it should be. I like their products but they definitely have issues with quality control and I will not order as much from them in the future.

It would’ve been an awesome experience had I heard from customer service about my order. It took about a week for them to send out my order (after my email prompted them) and I had no acknowledgement on their end. Probably won’t order again.

Two of my pallets arrived broken a few of the pans Were not even full. Horrible customer service. No response thru several emails and no luck with phone.

I was a lippie stix Creatures fan for a long time. I loved it and I still miss it. However it is no longer available. This left me heartbroken so I had to search for another color. I found it, but it was not a lip liner but a regular lipstick. I do like the color, but would rather have the lip liner in creatures brought back. We shall see.

Las paletas llegan un poco manchadas, hay siempre pigmentos sueltos (no es por el envío) El tiempo de procesamiento es bastante lento. La compra en la web es fácil, llega todo bien empacado.

They were too slow to prepare the order and the order came with broken items.

One colourpop was missing and nobody contacted me or returned my money.
