I submitted a email for a refund and they got back to me a week after and by then my package was already shipped.

Your eyeshadows are really nice, but when I ordered 2 of them, 1 of them had 2 broken shadows within the 9 pans. I requested another one, and even the NEW eyeshadow palette ALSO had 2 broken eyeshadows!!! Poor quality within the shipping and/or making of the palettes.

I contacted them two separate times because I received two separate broken items in my package. One I was sent a replacement but it seems like the other form was completely ignored.

International Shipment too over a month to arrive. Two shimmer pan shattered. A third is cracked. The colours that i tested, pigments are fair. Needs to be build up for a good colour consistency. The matte Formula is a bit too powery for my liking as it leaves fallouts. The shimmer formula is so soft that it fell off the pan or spreads when trying to pick up the product.

I am not impressed. The quality of the makeup is not very good. I bought 3 crème eye liners. The first one I opened and used ended up breaking and half the liner had to be thrown away. The second liner did the same thing less that a month old too. So 2 of the pencils are useless. Every time I try to use them the liner crumbles and breaks. I haven’t used the 3rd pencil. Just kind of over the product all together. The crème shadows I bought must have been stored in a hot warehouse because when I opened them up most of the product had shifted and collected to one side making them a complete mess to use and apply. They were also super clumpy. I would just stick with the popular well known brands like urban decay, benefit, Mac etc. They are well worth paying a few $’s more to get better quality products. Especially sense the products are used on your face and around your eyes.

i really like the products but i spent 125€ and i had to pay custom. i live in italy

The eyeliners I ordered were dry and crumbly/ difficult to work with. Out of the 5 I ordered, only 1 has a workable texture, so that was very disappointing

Every time I order something is either broken or dirty. Full of make up stains. I have put in claims and ea h time there Is something wrong . I just received an order of a palette fully broken and it was a replacement pallet. I was so excited when I got it again yet to be disappointed once more
