Somehow my address was entered incorrectly in your system and my package was returned and even though it was YOUR error my package won’t be reshipped and I’m to wait for a refund. I am very disappointed that this happened and probably will never buy anything from you again

Horrible company that doesn’t accommodate their customers. They flag you for high risk fraud if you don’t use a bank card. No pre paid debit or credit cards. Will not purchase from them again.

Unfortunately i had an awful experience with them. I had never ordered from them before but i heard good things about their products so as a Cosmetologist and makeup artist i wanted to give them a shot. They ended up overcharging me because apparently any discount code made the sale items invalid so you get charged full price. Apparently i missed the tiny fine print. I sent them an email thinking they would make it right, instead of saying sorry or explaining why that happened, the customer service rep (Janelley A) started sending me smart remarks trying to make me feel dumb. She highlighted small print and sent me screenshots without any explanation. She never said sorry once. I then sent them a fb message letting them know and someone did apologize then but the damage was done by that point. They also offer no refunds. All sales final, no exceptions. So that in itself tells me they do not fully believe in their product. I understand i should have read the fine print but I've never had an experience like this with any other makeup company. A simple kind explanation would have fine but the lack of customer service made me never want to buy from this company again.
