My eyeshadow pallet came scratched and looked used with nail markings on the powder. I could tell it’s been used a bit before arriving to me. I wanted an untouched NEW eyeshadow pallet.

I place 2 oders on sept 23 2019. On September 28 I receive the shipment confirmation and a track number. To my surprise went I enter to check the status of the orders they are returning both orders because a insufficient address (when all blanks where complete) Immediately I contact customer service ( a service that respond 48hrs after) and they tell me that I have to reorder and they will not be able to give me the coupons that I redeem in the previous order. What bothers me is that the mistake was not on my end and still I will have to pay for it. (Literally) This specific purchase is my niece 15 year birthday gift that we pick together and for that reason I will make again the oder. After that I don’t think Colourpop will have me has a customer.

I love that it's cruelty free and affordable, but never have I thought to receive used products.

I didn’t receive my item on Time. It takes a lot of Time, and not 1 to 2 days like you Said on your webside. But i like your make up

I’ve always had a good experience with colourpopbut for some reason I had a problem with my last order and contacted colourpop within 24 hours of it being delivered and was told the last shipping update was over 2 weeks and they couldn’t do anything for me ... I ordered 10 days from the time I emailed them and received it one day before I made the email so how is it possible a tracking update was over the 2 week period they obviously are doing something shady and I’m quite surprised cause they’ve always seemed to be a honest brand
