I’ve been trying to contact Colourpop to discuss my order. The email responses I’m getting are automated and are not assisting me in anyway. I order so much from Colourpop, I spend hundreds of dollars on make up with them. I love the brand but I’m super disappointed with their customer service. I still need assistance!

Your customer service is lacking. I’ve been shopping with your company for years. I purchased your lippie tints and the caps kept popping off even though I was careful to secure them. This resulted in three ruined tints and a messy makeup bag. I emailed, tweeted, and sent you a dm on Instagram. I was ignored on two of those three channels. The response I received via email did not apologize for the issue, did not offer to share my feedback, and did not provide any compensation. All because the last tracking update was more than two weeks ago. I had only made the purchases of the tints the month previous. It’s one thing to sell products with shoddy packaging; it’s another to not offer any apology, any promise to correct it, or a replacement of damaged goods. I am truly upset and will hesitate to purchase from Colourpop again. Such a shame because I really do love your products. I hope you take this feedback into consideration and put more effort into improving your packaging and customer service.

I was told that my package was delivered but I’ve waited two days and I’ve still not received my order.

I am currently waiting on my package to be delivered. According to USPS, my package was delivered to my home 4 days ago and upon contacting ColourPop they stated it may take a few more days to show up. If this is a common trouble experienced by consumers then why utilize this carrier service? It is misleading to have the tracking number state the package has been delivered and to have the company say otherwise. I am told to wait another week, I honestly do not think I should have to.

No communication and a faceless robotic company. Still waiting on parcel 3 weeks later and cannot get a straight answer. Not worth the bother. I'll just stick to my beauty shops here in Australia.

No customer service. No phone number to speak with anyone. They are a faceless company with automatic emails, or words of reps who act as robots to say things verbatim to customers. Really sad such a large company has to be contacted through email. Buy at your own risk. Shipping & Customer Service is terrible.
