I have been ordering Lippie pencil’s from you for 5 years. I always order the same lip pencil BFF2. I love it! The last 4 months you changed the shade of my BFF2 lip pencil and I’m very upset. This is the second problem I had with you changing the color shade on my BFF2 lip pencil. Since you can’t get my shade correct, I will never order from you again.

So I have ordered from ColourPop on 2 different occasions now. The first was was awesome....everything was packaged tightly nothing was broken. The most recent order was far from that. I received a small bag...not a box...a thin bag for foundation, which is in a glass container but that didn’t really matter cause everything in the package was damaged. So I ordered some shadow that was packaged carefully but not my last shipment. Once this was brought to the attention of the company for replacing even though I paid for express shipping now I have to wait for products I can actually use. And I haven’t heard anything back about when they will even get here.

Terrible experience. I didn’t receive my package but it said deliver I told colourpop I didn’t receive it and they made me wait 5 days when I have proof in cameras that no delivery man came to deliver it. Colourpop is rude and they didn’t answer back.

They cancelled my order more than 20 times, each time, I lost the discount coupons I had, when I was finally able to place the order without it being cancelled, they didn't honour the discount, each time my order was cancelled without any explanation at all, I reached out to their customer service asking for support, they only replied like 2 or 3 times, with a very general, not helpful at all, response, they don't have a support live chat or even a customer service number you can call them at... you only have the email option, and they take reaaally long to reply, if they reply at all... so, honestly, if I could give them zero stars, I would! I felt completely ignored as a customer

Shipped out a week after it was supposed to even when I paid $15 for expedited 2 day shipping. Only leaving one star because I actually really did like the product itself.
